A Midday Mindfulness Pause
WHEN: Saturday, May 17th, 12:30-3:30pm
WHERE: Congregational Church of Mercer Island
This practice is an opportunity to pause—a space to reset, breathe, and reconnect. In the quiet sanctuary of the Congregational Church of Mercer Island, with its beautiful view of the trees, we will step away—not to avoid, but to replenish.
With so much happening in our world, finding steadiness can feel like a challenge. Through breath practice, guided meditation, and a mindful yoga practice, we will explore what it means to move with both strength and ease, to listen inward, and to meet ourselves with care.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and be present. All are welcome. Sliding scale pricing is available; please choose the rate the works best for you.
