Pressing Pause: A Mindfulness Practice
Thursday, September 5 | 9:00–11:00 a.m. | Congregational Church of Mercer Island
Space is limited – all props provided
Sometimes what we most need is simply to pause.
To slow down.
To reclaim our attention.
To come home to this moment.
To come home to ourselves.
Pressing Pause is a two-hour guided mindfulness practice designed to gently reconnect you with your body, breath, and inner experience. Unlike my longer Morning of Mindfulness sessions, this offering leans more fully into embodied awareness, weaving together gentle movement, a full yoga practice (including savasana), guided meditation, and space to reflect and connect.
We’ll explore what it means to meet each moment just as it is—with friendly curiosity. Mindfulness invites us to cultivate patience and acceptance through the practice of kind attention.
Whether you’re returning to practice or simply longing for a mindful reset, this is a space to ground, breathe, and begin again.
This boutique-style gathering is intentionally kept small to support intimacy and connection. All yoga props will be provided.
