Step out of the noise.
When things feel loud and rushed, you’re invited to pause, listen inward, and return to what steadies you.

Join Maria Bliss for an afternoon of mindfulness rooted in the theme of Listening—listening to the body, the breath, and the heart. Through simple, supportive practices, we’ll explore how listening can become a form of refuge and kindness: a way to settle the nervous system, soften reactivity, and reconnect with what
matters most.

Our afternoon will include:
- a short teaching and reflection
- guided mindfulness meditation
- thoughtful yoga & calming breath-work
- a long, nourishing savasana with crystal singing bowls (not a full sound bath)
- a closing meditation to help ground and steady you as you re-enter daily life

Sliding scale starting at $25.
Net proceeds support Sinchana, our long-time scholarship student at Shanti Bhavan Children’s Project in Tamil Nadu, India.

*This event was originally scheduled for Saturday, March 28. Because the No Kings Rally/March will be held that day, we’re moving our gathering to Sunday so as not to compete with that important opportunity—and to support any and all who want to participate in both.
